We’ll assign your case to one of our highly qualified and friendly technicians, who will get in touch within 48 hours to arrange an appointment. Your technician will contact you directly, organise the visit, and act as your main point of contact throughout the process. We always aim to solve pest problems as quickly as possible.
Yes. All of our technicians undergo extensive training and ongoing CPD to ensure treatments are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Any control measures we place are carefully considered with the risks in mind, so your household remains safe while the pests are dealt with.
Because we deal with wild animals, we can’t guarantee results in every situation. Factors outside of our control — such as proofing recommendations not being followed — can allow pests to return. What we do guarantee is that we go into every job with the solution as our main goal: not just controlling what’s happening now, but addressing the root cause so the problem doesn’t come back. Our aim is always to resolve the issue thoroughly so you won’t need us again.
We cover a wide range of pests, including rats, mice (wood mice and house mice), glis glis (we are licensed to control them), squirrels, pigeons, moles, bedbugs, fleas, ants, cockroaches, textile moths, stored product insects, and more. If you don’t see your pest on the list, give us a call — chances are we can help.
Our costs vary depending on the type of pest and the treatment required. For most issues, we can discuss costs with you over the phone. In some cases, where specialist equipment or multiple technicians are needed, we’ll first carry out a survey and then provide a tailored proposal for the work.
In most cases, you can continue using your home as normal while we carry out the treatment. If a treatment involves aerosols or sprays, your technician will let you know in advance whether you need to step out temporarily.
Every pest problem is different. Some issues can be resolved very quickly, while others take longer if environmental factors or property conditions are contributing to the problem. We work with you to get control as soon as possible — the best results come when our recommendations are followed alongside the treatment.
Check our service area map on the website to see the locations we currently cover. We’re always growing and expanding, so if you’re unsure, just give us a call — it’s always worth checking.
